We make sourdough, cinnamon buns, cookies, and other bakes designed for flavour and perfect textures. Our loaves are slow-fermented for full flavour, our cinnamon buns are soft and rich, and our cookies strike the balance between crisp edges and chewy centres

Providing Locally Roasted Speciality Coffee

​We also serve carefully sourced speciality filter coffee. Working with local roasters, we bring high-quality, single-origin brews to our customers—clean, complex, and made to highlight the best of each bean.

Beyond our weekly bakes, we also supply wholesale to like-minded cafés and businesses that share our love for real bread and handmade goods.
