Basement Bakehouse - Terms & Conditions

1. Collection
   Orders must be collected on Saturdays between 09:00 and 12:00. Items cannot be stored after this time. Late collection may be possible by prior agreement but is not guaranteed.

2. Refunds
   Uncollected items are non-refundable without prior agreed arrangements or cancellation (see below).

3. Cancellations
   Cancellations must be requested and acknowledged within the following timeframes:
   – Standard orders: 12 hours
   – Whole cakes: 72 hours
   – Special/commissioned orders: 1 week
   Late cancellations are not eligible for refund.

4. Responsibility
   Customers must collect on time and ensure any changes are acknowledged by Basement Bakehouse.

5. Force Majeure
   Basement Bakehouse may cancel or amend orders due to unforeseen events (e.g. illness, power failure).
